Body Combat | The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by boxing and martial arts. |
Body Pump | The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups. Perfect for toning and weight loss. |

True Move | **Small Team Functional training. Trainer led for the most time effective and efficient work out. Focuses on correct technique and exercise for weight loss. This is a 6 week program. |
True Burn | A 40mins spin (cycle) and weights program. A no jumping, high fat burning cycle and weights inspired program. Perfect for those wanting to work in a small group setting. |
Lesmills Shapes | Dive into a dynamic 30-minute fusion of Pilates, barre, and power yoga, all grooving to the hottest beats No bookings required— optional to bring a bootie band and sliders but not required! We look forward to seeing you fall in love with this Les Mills class. |
